OIL & GAS PROJECT in LIBYA

 A. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Age: Must be below 50 years old

Must have at least 10 years combined working experience in Plant Construction (i.e. Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, Petrochemical, etc.) as Mechanical Engineer

With experience in Engineering design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of major Oil and Gas production, separation, compression, storage, transportation equipment and facilities

With knowledge in rotating & static machinery e.g. atmospheric / cryogenic storage tank, pressure vessel, pump, compressor, piping, etc

Review, approve and amend EPC contractor’s designs and proposals

Capable to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and should be a self-stated with the ability to direct others and require minimal supervision

Must have wide knowledge of relevant international codes and standards applied in oil and gas industry.

Must have excellent understanding and organizational skills to coordinate projects and technical staff in the preparation of all project requirements for design basis, FEED Studies, bidding documents and tender evaluation

The candidate will be required to manage technical input and deliverables on a project ensuring that:

-          Company procedures are adhered to the project

-          Technical and operational requirements for the project are achieved

-          Project / Contract objectives are achieved and the quality of work is maintained

Must have a positive attitude to the team work and should have experience working abroad with frequent site visits to monitor projects he is involved with

Preferably with experience in working in a desert site

With good command in English both oral and written.

 B. PRODUCTION PROCESS OPERATOR

Age: Must be below 50 years old
Must have  ABROAD working experience in Plant Construction (i.e. Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, Petrochemical, etc.) as Production Process Operator

C. ITIL SPECIALIST

Age: Must be below 45 years old

Must have experience in a big size company as IT Specialist
Specialize in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Has advanced skills in documentation

Graduate of any IT related courses.

Able to communicate in English both oral and written.

 

  D. IT PROGRAMMER

Age: Must be below 45 years old

Must have ABROAD experience in a big size company as IT Programmer

Well verse in below listed computer application

·         VB.net (version 2003, 2005, 2008, 2010)

·         Oracle9i, 10g, 11g

·         Asp.net using vb.net

·         JavaScript, Ajax

Familiar with technical writing, system analysis, business layer in application

Able to use enterprise application for purchasing and inventory

Graduate of Computer Science or above.

Able to communicate in English both oral and written.

   E.ELECTRICIAN

Age: Must be below 50 years old
Must have  ABROAD working experience in Plant Construction (i.e. Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, Petrochemical, etc.) as Electrician
Knowledgeable in full repair of electrical welding machine (diesel)
With experience in Miller – Lincoln brand  

F. SECURITY GUARD

Age: Must be below 50 years old
At least 5'8" in height, medium built
Must have  ABROAD working experience in Security Services
With background in Handling K-9 unit and VIP Protection
