1.       Role Overview:

-         Supervise drawing development activities for EPC Projects. Work closely with the Lead Engineer, Procurement and interdisciplinary Engineering Team to perform different duties. Purchase supports for EPC Project including technical bid evaluation and vendor print checking. Established Milestones for the total project and supports development of instrument standards and procedures.

2.      Job Dimensions:

-         I-O list, JB schedule, cable schedule, material take-off, process and pneumatic hook-up, cable route drawing, location drawing of instruments, sizing report and calculation, system architecture.

-    Engineering services for the supply of Engineering and Technical personnel.

-      Integrated with the delivery team and will carry out the above services at the appointed offices, sites and locations of the project.

-      Operating in the Project Management, Mechanical Completion and Commissioning groups of the project and preparing and executing the project delivery scope.

-      Startup and commissioning all the Foundation Fieldbus and Hart Instruments and all systems related.

-      Loop checking from field to control room

-      Updating the Yokogawa Plant Resource Manager (PRM) for the fieldbus instrument to the device parameters, configuration & checking the instrument failure for maintenance.

-      Valve PID tuning & Calibration

-      Troubleshooting on Foundation Fieldbus & HART Instruments and systems as well.

-      Supervise and assign job task for the technicians.

-         I-O list, JB schedule, cable schedule, material take-off, process and pneumatic hook-up, cable route drawing, location drawing of instruments, sizing report and calculation, system architecture.

-         Preparation of instrument and control system specification.

-         Preparing instrument index, instrument data sheet, loop drawing, hook-up drawing and wiring

-         Orifice sizing, valve sizing, PSV sizing, rapture disk sizing, calculation.

-         Preparation of level sketches

-         Procurement activities like preparation of RFQ, technical bid evaluation, etc.

-         Foundation fieldbus segment design

-         Design the review and verification of FEED document

-         Preparation of bidding documents (review of FEED documents, carry out FEED verification)

-         Carry out technical review and evaluation of bids of all instrument equipment.

-         Expedite vendor data and resolve vendor queries.

-         Correspondence with client and sub-contractor (transmittal, letter, phone calls, etc)

-         Review documents and make recommendations to Lead Engineer

3.      Basic Qualifications:

-         Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrument Engineering or equivalent

-         Minimum of 7 years detail design engineering, experience in home office and/or field capapcity in an Offshore Engineering Field

- With background in INPEX FPSO (mainly Topside)

-         Excellent working knowledge and experience of Autocad, SPI Intoolsoftware on large projects

-         Skilled on oral and written communication in English, with a demonstrated ability to present information to management and clients.

-         Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems. Knowledgeable about current industry and technical developments

-         Advance level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and startup work processes.

-         Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.

-         Ability to train and develop employees.

-         Must be required to live on international job site for couple of months or some international travel on a business trip basis.

 A. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Age: Must be below 50 years old

Must have at least 10 years combined working experience in Plant Construction (i.e. Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, Petrochemical, etc.) as Mechanical Engineer

With experience in Engineering design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of major Oil and Gas production, separation, compression, storage, transportation equipment and facilities

With knowledge in rotating & static machinery e.g. atmospheric / cryogenic storage tank, pressure vessel, pump, compressor, piping, etc

Review, approve and amend EPC contractor’s designs and proposals

Capable to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and should be a self-stated with the ability to direct others and require minimal supervision

Must have wide knowledge of relevant international codes and standards applied in oil and gas industry.

Must have excellent understanding and organizational skills to coordinate projects and technical staff in the preparation of all project requirements for design basis, FEED Studies, bidding documents and tender evaluation

The candidate will be required to manage technical input and deliverables on a project ensuring that:

-          Company procedures are adhered to the project

-          Technical and operational requirements for the project are achieved

-          Project / Contract objectives are achieved and the quality of work is maintained

Must have a positive attitude to the team work and should have experience working abroad with frequent site visits to monitor projects he is involved with

Preferably with experience in working in a desert site

With good command in English both oral and written.

 B. PRODUCTION PROCESS OPERATOR

Age: Must be below 50 years old
Must have  ABROAD working experience in Plant Construction (i.e. Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, Petrochemical, etc.) as Production Process Operator

C. ITIL SPECIALIST

Age: Must be below 45 years old

Must have experience in a big size company as IT Specialist
Specialize in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Has advanced skills in documentation

Graduate of any IT related courses.

Able to communicate in English both oral and written.

 

  D. IT PROGRAMMER

Age: Must be below 45 years old

Must have ABROAD experience in a big size company as IT Programmer

Well verse in below listed computer application
