MANPOWER REQUIREMENT FOR GS E&C

is in need of the following positions

for their HEAD OFFICE in SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA

1. PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualifications:

·         Male or Female, below 45 yrs old 

·         Must have at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Petrochem, Refinery Project) and DESIGN PROJECT.

·         Graduate of BS or above degree  in MECHANICAL Engineering.

·         With good knowledge in applicable design standards and accessories such as B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8,

·         Familiar with 3D modeling tools like  CAESAR II, PDS/PDMS piping equipment modeling including piping routing, extraction of isometrics, piping GAD and support drawings.

·         With good command in English both oral and written.

·         Computer Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)

Job Description:

·         Responsible for preparing piping specification, reviewing 3D model and construction drawings such as piping G/A drawings, isometric, tracing and support.

·         Preparation of contractual documents, vendor drawings and data.

·         Worked on pipe stress analysis problems (both static and dynamic).

2. INSTRUMENT & CONTROL DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualifications:

·         Male or Female, below 45 yrs old 

·         Must have at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Petrochem, Refinery Project) and DESIGN PROJECT.

·         Graduate of BS or above degree  in INSTRUMENT / CHEMICAL OR ELECTRICAL  Engineering.

·         With experience in I&C system Design & Engineering, with hands-on experience in latest version of InTools (SP Instrumentation), DCS/ESD/PLC/SIS related engineering, instrument specs, data sheets, sizing calculations, vendor offer evaluation, purchase order, etc.

·         Knowledgeabl in applicable standards and accessories such as API, FCI, IEC, IEEE, ISA, ISO, NACE, NFpa, etc.

·         With good command in English both oral and written.

·         Computer Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)

Job Description:

·         Responsible for preparation of specifications, data sheets, RFQs, technical bid summaries, purchase orders.

·         Reviewing construction drawings such as location, wiring lay-outs, hook-up, connection, typical installation details, loop diagram, logic diagram, etc.

·         Reviewing vendor drawings and data.

·         Participate in the development of P&ID’s, equipment specifications, process logic diagrams, and shutdown keys.

 3. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualifications:

·         Male or Female, below 45 yrs old 

·         Must have at least 7 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Petrochem, Refinery Project) and DESIGN PROJECT.

·         Graduate of BS or above degree  in ELECTRICAL Engineering.

·         Knowledgeable in power system and other design calculations (preferably with ETAP and PTW), MV and LV switchgear, equipment sizing, RFQs and specifications, hazardous area classification, radio, PA/GA, LAN, electrical layout in 3D environment. (PDS/PDMS) & SP Electrical.

·         Familiar with applicable design standards in Electrical Design and applicable accessories such as IEC, BS,  API, NFPA, NEC, IEEE, NACE, ICAO, etc.

·         With good command in English both oral and written.

·         Computer Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)

Job Description:

·         Responsible for preparation of equipment/material specification, calculation report of equipment and cable, data sheets, requisition for quotation, technical bid evaluation, purchase order.

·         Checking and reviewing of construction drawings such as power, lighting, grounding, communication, heat tracing, cathodic protection, fire alarm & Gas system, cable connection schedule  and typical installation details.

·         Responsible for performing vendor print check, technical clarification meeting and coordination with client, vendor and other discipline.

4. CIVIL & STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualifications:

·         Male or Female, below 45 yrs old 

·         Must have at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Petrochem, Refinery Project) and DESIGN PROJECT.

·         Graduate of BS or above degree  in CIVIL/STRUCTURAL Engineering.

·         With experience in design/engineering of pipe racks, technological structures, dynamic equipment foundation, pavement, plant sewer system, plant road layout, drainage system and underground piping layout.

·         Well verse in software tools like STAAD pro, X-Steel, SAP 2000 etc for structural analysis and design and AUTOCAD for schematic design and 3d model tools (PDS, PDMS)

·         With good command in English both oral and written.

·         Computer Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)

5. ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER

 Qualifications:

·         Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical) as ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGR.

·         With background in Structural Analysis and Design using STAAD; 2D/3D Operating Skill (Autocad or Microstation, PDS or PDMS) and MS Office (Word, Excel) Operating Skill

Job Description:

·         Preparation of Conceptual Drawings for Buildings and Structures (Concrete/Steel Structure)

·   Checking of Concrete Structure Drawings, Steel Structure Drawings and Architectural Drawings/Documents

·         3D Model Checking, MTO (Material Take-off), Field Engineering, Vendor Print Review

·         Preparing technical bid evaluation/analysis, basic & detailed rotating machinery engineering design

·         Reviewing/Checking vendor documents & drawings

·         Designing both Rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, filter, electric hoist & hydrator etc.) & static equipment (Drum, vessel etc.)
