Position: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications:

-          Graduate of BS Engineering or above. Being a licensed Engineer is an advantage

-          Must have 15 years working experience in Civil Construction (High Rise Building, HealthCare, Airport, Complex, etc). At least 2 Projects as Construction Manager.

-          With extensive background in project management for business development.

-          With high level of management capability for mega project, schedule management, risk management and platform.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

o   Teach management technique for mega overseas projects

-          Teach technique for operating project management platform

-          Execution of analysis for contents of BBU platform and upgrade to the level of global advanced companies.

o   Secure BBU’s CM capabilities

-          Analysis of capability for mega overseas projects

-          Plan strategy for securing capability up to the advanced companies and provide action plan

o   Execution of mega projects

-          As a Construction Manager, direct management of site for mega overseas and landmark projects

-          Enhance BBU’s capability and teach know-how from advanced companies for each phases of value chain though actual execution of the projects

Position: PLANNING MANAGER

Qualifications:

-          Graduate of BS Engineering or above. Being a licensed Engineer is an advantage

-          Over 15 years of experience in Scheduling at global advanced companies. At least 10 years overseas experience in Scheduling.

-          With extensive knowledge and experience  in Scheduling, Risk Management, EOT Claim.

-          Must be able to utilize specialized program for scheduling.

-          With background in Civil Construction (High Rise Building, HealthCare, Airport, Complex, etc)

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

o   Share global scheduling cases

-          Strengthen internalization of capabilities via sharing global cases of schedule planning and management

o   Execution of schedule planning and management for overseas projects

-          Support for bidding and site launching MOB, regular inspection, monitoring, recovery planning for overseas projects

-          Full time assignment or short term dispatch to overseas site as Scheduling Manager

o   Execution of schedule planning and management for domestics projects

-          Support for bidding and site launching MON, regular inspection and monitoring of mega domestics projects and FED Projects

 

  

Position: CONTRACT MANAGER

Qualifications:

-          Graduate of BS Engineering or BA Law

-          Must have at least 10 years experience in Contract Management

-          With extensive knowledge in tender execution / management during pre-contract phase, contract administration, quantity surveying, procurement management and risk management.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

-          Risk management and review of tender documents/ contract of tender / non-competition projects

-          Support and advice contract negotiation

-          Perform coordinator role between internal departments related to contract

-          Teach advanced techniques of contract management. Contribute for internalization of advanced techniques via quarterly study group activities.
