1. PROJECT MANAGER
Position Summary:
The Project Manager is liable for
managing the different aspects of a construction project like designing and
planning to drawing up estimates. He is also responsible for onsite evaluation
and supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drawing up plan for the project
Making designs as per requirement
Preparing the schedule for the execution
like human force, machines and equipment and construction materials
Allotment of work to workers based on
their skills and abilities
Take care of paper work, permission and
licenses necessary for the work
Make regular field visit
To work closely with the project
coordinator to come out a viable organizational chart
To take over from QS, all documents
including technical specification, qualification, scope of works, tender
drawings, etc
To put up initial material submission
list and liaise with Procurement Deptford any adjustment, if any and subsequently
prepared catalogues / technical specification / certification thru procurement
department for formal submission approval of main contractor / consultant.
To organize staff, lead and control site Engineers,
Supervisor, Foreman, Worker of his job sites.
To put up and maintain Risk Management
System c/w Activity Risk Management, Staff Work procedure etc.
To put up, with the help of site
supervisor, daily and weekly report to main contractor
To put up, with the help of site
supervisor, daily and weekly report to OSK HQ
To safe guard a complete ISO 9000 system
for each job site under his charge that includes an updated project quality
plan
To attend with safety supervisor, to main
contractor’s monthly safety meeting as per statutory requirement
To plan and submit a viable cash flow and
keep track and steer periodically for healthy cash flow (budgeting)
To plan, put up, monitor and steer on
time delivery schedule for major equipment / materials (for instance, long lead
item such as recessed stainless steel drain, water meter, irrigation materials,
6” and above gas solenoid valve, non-return valve, PEX pipe fitting, etc)
To liaise with main contractor /
consultant / architect for all technical issues related to project
To plan and submit manpower projection
tabulation to GM so as to avoid manpower shortage scenarios
Qualifications:
Male, 30-50 years old.
Must have
at least 5 years ABROAD working experience as Project Manager in EPC Companies.
Graduate
of BS Mechanical / Civil Engineering or above
With
good command in English both oral and written.
Computer
Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)
2. DRAFTER
Position Summary:
Drafters are required to determine the
feasibility of the drawings of the architects, oversee the design before
implementation and conduct periodic checks to ensure the process of the work as
per original plan. The drafter should understand the requirements of the client
perfectly as any finalized idea should not only be pleasing to the eye but also
meet the requirements of the client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection of on-site facilities and
instruments for maintenance issues
Maintain constant contact with the site
managers, check the quality of materials, review plans and drawings, prepare
timely reports and ensure that everything is done in compliance with the law
building codes.
Qualifications:
Male, 25-50 years old.
Must have
at least 5 years working experience in designing section of EPC Companies.
Graduate
of any 4 year courses or above. Degree in Engineering is an advantage but not
required.
Should
have adequate knowhow about interpreting blueprints and designs and also the
working of the equipment used in construction.
Awareness
about the laws and codes on construction is absolutely necessary to prevent
inconvenience.
Technical
solving ability, commitment and the ability to communicate and manage people
from different areas of construction is mandatory.
With
good command in English both oral and written.
Computer
Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)
